Six Christmas crosswords, from first clues to longer answers

Start with five familiar decorations in First lights. Snow day adds winter clothing and weather words. The toy workshop and The festive kitchen each have eight clues. Winter wildlife and Christmas Eve finish the book with ten clues each. Every puzzle is available straight away, so choose the words that suit your reader. No age label or timer decides when you can move on.

Play on a phone, tablet or computer

On a keyboard, arrow keys move around the grid and Enter changes direction at a crossing. Each clue shows its answer length. There is no signup or download needed to play.

Use as much help as you need

Open the alphabetical word bank, check a selected clue or reveal one letter. Help is optional and recorded on that puzzle; it never prevents a completion sticker. A grown-up can read the clues aloud while the player chooses and types the words. Short puzzles can be spread over several visits.
