Animal friends and By the pond each begin with six clues. Garden discoveries and The kitchen cupboard have eight. Ocean explorer and Space mission each have ten clues, with more vocabulary to think about. Every puzzle is available straight away, so choose the words that suit your reader. No age label or timer decides when you can move on.

Select a clue in Across or Down, then type its answer in the full-answer field or enter letters in the squares. Crossing words share their letters. On a keyboard, arrow keys move around the grid and Enter changes direction at a crossing. Each clue shows its answer length. There is no signup or download needed to play.
Use as much help as you need
Open the alphabetical word bank, check a selected clue or reveal one letter. Help is optional and recorded on that puzzle; it never prevents a completion sticker. A grown-up can read the clues aloud while the player chooses and types the words. Short puzzles can be spread over several visits.
