Choose the practice you want

Multiplication leaves the product blank. Division gives a product and one selected table, so the answer is a whole number. Missing factor leaves a gap in the multiplication fact: 7 × ____ = 42 asks for 6.

Questions are balanced across your selected tables. A fact is used once before its pool needs to repeat; selecting one table and more than 10 or 12 questions will repeat facts. Choosing both 2 and 5 can include both 2 × 5 and 5 × 2. This is practice, with no timer or required score.

Print the questions and keep the answers separate

  1. Set the tables, type, factor range, question count and sheet number. Choose Make worksheet to update the preview.
  2. Download the PDF. Page one contains the questions; page two contains the answers in exactly the same order.
  3. Print on A4 at Actual size, or use Fit for another paper size. The black-and-white layout needs no colour printer.

The PDF link recreates this configuration online. Save its address or keep the sheet number and choices. No name or learner information is sent to make the sheet; name and date lines are optional blanks on the paper.

Practise the selected tables online

Each link opens that table in our separate untimed Times Tables game, with equal-group hints. Its questions are a separate practice activity. Worksheets do not award stickers; completing the game’s existing goals does.

Try a picture-based activity

The Halloween and Christmas colour-by-number packs offer illustrated number matching and mixed-table colouring. They are separate fixed packs. For another representation, explore Hundred Square or Sharing and Grouping.
