⏰ Set the Clock

Set the Clock asks your child to show a given time on an analogue face. A target appears in words and as a digital chip ("Make it: quarter past three / 3:15"), and they drag the short hour hand and the long minute hand until the clock matches. Every hand also has big −/+ buttons, so the game is fully playable by tapping or by keyboard without any dragging.

It builds time-telling for the UK National Curriculum across Y1 to Y4. The difficulty tiers mirror that progression: o'clock and half past first, then quarters and five-minute steps, then every single minute. Showing the same time in words, in digits and on the hands together joins those representations up.

It is built by a UK SEND tutor with QTS, and is calm, ad-free and free of third-party tracking. There is no timer and no wrong-answer screen - an overshoot just keeps adjusting until it is right. It plays in any browser on a tablet, laptop or whiteboard for 1:1 tutoring and screen-share therapy sessions, and is free to play without signing up.

Drag the hands to match the time. The short hand is the hour, the long hand is the minutes.
