Quick Look is a subitising game: a pattern of dots flashes on screen for just a moment, then your child taps the number they saw from a row of big number buttons. You set how many dots can appear (1 to 5, 1 to 6, 1 to 10 or 1 to 20), how long the flash lasts, and whether there are two or four choices. The dots use familiar dice and ten-frame layouts so they can be recognised at a glance.
It builds subitising and numeral recognition, a pillar of early number sense aligned with EYFS and EEF / NCETM guidance. The number ranges follow the curriculum, from the Reception and Year 1 subitising target up to number bonds within 10 and 20, and numbers above ten are shown as a full ten-frame plus some more.
It is built by a UK SEND tutor with QTS, and is calm, ad-free and free of third-party tracking. There is no scoring penalty: a wrong tap simply reveals the right answer and moves on, so the practice stays errorless. It plays in any browser on a tablet, laptop or whiteboard for 1:1 tutoring and screen-share therapy sessions, and is free to play without signing up.
I'll show some dots for just a moment. Then you pick the number you saw.
